The HENDI dry aging cabinet offers a controlled environment for meat aging, resulting in exceptionally tender and flavorful meat.
The cabinet was designed to perfectly mimic the microclimate used in traditional, natural maturation.
At the same time, cutting-edge technology allows for constant control over the process by maintaining constant ventilation, adjustable air humidity and sterilization.
Maximum load per shelf: 25 kg. The cabinet contains: – 3 shelves, – 1 hanging rod, – 3 hooks, – salt container (salt not included), all of the above elements are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
