Cooking pan 260 l – electric – indirect

In professional kitchens where large cooking capacity is required, this top-of-the-line cooking pan is ideal. You can cook, poach and bake a wide variety of different types of food in this pan. It has been designed to make cooking more efficient. For example, there is a large drain valve for draining liquid foods, as well as large control buttons and an easy-to-read pressure gauge.

Indirect heating system

This cooking pot operates on electricity (400 V). The double wall on the inside can be filled with water and the heat source is located directly under the stove. This creates a very efficient indirect heating system. The safety thermostat protects against too low a water level to prevent the dishes from burning quickly. This makes the cooking pot ideal for liquid dishes or foods that you cook in water, such as rice, potatoes, meat and vegetables. Thanks to the additional insulating material, heat loss and energy consumption are also minimal.

Easy to use

Weighing 191 kg, this is a heavy cooking appliance, but it is still very easy to use. The double-layer lid has a large handle and a counterweight opening mechanism, so that opening and closing is smooth. The pressure gauge is located at the top of the device, so that the pressure can be read clearly. Easy cleaning is an important part of the ease of use. The interior is round and, thanks to the stainless steel, smoothly finished everywhere. The cooker also needs a practical drain valve so that the liquid can be removed without any problems. This is not only useful for draining the water from the cooker, but is also very practical for cleaning.
