If you want to serve light and crispy pizza in a restaurant, pizzeria or café, it is best to bake it on a stone at a high temperature. With light in the inner chamber

Pizza can be baked at temperatures from 50 to 500 ºC. The temperature can also be easily adjusted for each chamber separately. The large inner chamber has stone plates and a light, so you can easily monitor the progress of the pizza baking. You can't burn yourself on the pizzeria door, as it has double athermal glazing. The pizza oven also has efficient heat distribution and easy analog controls.

Cleaning with a dry cloth

Before using it for the first time, we recommend wiping the pizza stone with a damp cloth and then letting it dry thoroughly. You can then turn on the oven at 100 ºC for 30 minutes and then at 200 ºC for 15 minutes. Cleaning is also very easy: use a dry cloth or a slightly damp sponge, but not too much water so that drops do not penetrate the stone. Before cleaning, let the pizza stone cool down first to avoid burns and cracks on the stone.
