Description

TRT is the perfect combination machine for the easy production of high quality gelato, saving time, space and costs. With TRT you can mix, pasteurize and batch freeze gelato with maximum product hygiene thanks to the thermal shock generated by the passage from 85°C to 4°C. TRT provides the highest gelato drying thanks to high quality Made in Italy components and a two-speed motor combined with the powerful Gelita cooling system.
