Description

The high-quality materials used in the production of the machine ensure a long service life and trouble-free operation. The entire structure is made of food-grade AISI 304 steel, which is resistant to corrosion and most acids, sterilization solutions, most organic chemicals and dyes. The device evenly heats the entire contents of the working tank up to a maximum temperature of 150 °C. Simultaneous heating and mixing is possible.

Thanks to the well-thought-out design, the universal cooker can be used for many technological processes, e.g.:

  • preparation of puddings, jellies, kaymaku, milk, sauces, soups, vegetables, etc.
  • preparation of choux pastry and creams,
  • preparation of tiramisu, fillings, jams and preserves, risotto, fruit foams
  • melting chocolate and fondant, frosting,
  • frying vegetables, fruits, onions
  • and many others.

Mixing takes place using a special mixer, which is equipped with scrapers that prevent the product from sticking and burning. The scrapers collect the product from the walls and bottom of the pressure cooker. The heating of the product is done by heating the oil between the two walls of the boiler, which ensures uniformity of heating and the product does not burn. The product is heated evenly throughout the entire volume.

In addition, the MK series universal kettle is equipped with a third outer shell, which limits the return of temperature to the surroundings. MK series machines have two operating speeds and the possibility of heating the mass to the desired temperature of max. 150°C. At the customer's request, the maximum temperature level can be blocked. If necessary, the maximum temperature value can be increased. All elements that come into direct contact with the food product are made of high-quality acid-resistant steel and materials approved for contact with food products.

The cream kettle has a hinged tank that allows easy product removal and cleaning of the work vessel, the kettle can also be fitted with a drain valve - easily removed for cleaning/rinsing. The valve has a protective function against accidental opening. The choux pastry and cream maker has a lid with an inlet to check the process and add ingredients without stopping the machine. All important electrical components are housed in an electrical box on the side of the machine to protect them from fumes and high temperatures. Timer with sound signal - automatic or manual mode.

MK series machines are intended for the production and preparation of choux pastry, creams, chocolate, fondant, jams, toppings, fillings and various mixtures according to original recipes, as well as for all products that require uniform heating and smooth mixing. It is often used in pastry shops and bakeries. It can also be used in the cosmetic industry, for the preparation of sugar paste.

Mixing is done using mixing tools with side and bottom scrapers that prevent the mixture from sticking and burning. The scrapers are designed to capture the layers of the mixture from the walls and bottom of the bowl.
