Description
By gradually crushing, this machine prepares a paste, cream or other necessary filling from nuts and other ingredients.
Grinding takes place through small rotating balls, so no lumps are formed and it is possible to achieve a very fine consistency.
The machine is equipped with cooling for the purpose of temperature regulation, thus keeping the product unchanged, as excess heat is generated by friction between the layers during production.
This machine is intended for refining chocolate (gradual grinding and mixing of the mixture). Equipped with a large stirrer.
