Description

Tables ideal for all hygiene-intensive and food preparation operations where products are cut. They can be used as tables for preparing desserts from parts of fruit or vegetable salads, as well as for making sandwiches, and even in small meat factories for cutting, for example, poultry, where GN containers are used for cutting offal.

•     The tray for GN 1/6 containers is additionally covered with a lid.
•     This increases the hygienic value of the facility.
•     At the same time, it makes it easier to use all products placed in GN containers by lifting only one common cover. This makes the operator's work easier and faster.
•     The cooling chamber under the worktop is ideal for storing larger quantities of semi-finished or finished products.
