Chocolate warmer MCD104 is an innovative product from the Italian company Martellato.

It is made of high-quality plastic, which is also suitable for higher temperatures.

The heater has a removable inner container and lid made of stainless steel and an integrated thermostat, thanks to which it is possible to control and change the temperature of the chocolate.

The electronic whisk, which is controlled by an internal resistance to optimize the desired result, detects the temperature of the chocolate through its outer surface. This allows for faster and more accurate melting of the chocolate. On the front panel, you can set the chocolate tempering either manually or select one of the preset programs for – white, milk and dark chocolate.
