In this professional pasta cooker with a water capacity of 2 x 40 liters, you can quickly and easily prepare delicious pasta. In just a few minutes, you can serve your guests a full-fledged pasta meal. The pasta cooker comes with six stainless steel baskets. Thanks to these baskets and their fine perforation, you can cook several types of pasta at the same time. In this pasta cooker, you can cook not only pasta, but also other items such as potatoes, rice and vegetables. After cooking the pasta, place the baskets on the designated drip tray so that the water from the pasta can drain.

Fast and efficient heating

The heating elements in the water tank are reinforced and ensure fast and efficient water heating. You can set the temperature between 20 and 200 °C using the safety thermostat. The water drain using the manual ball valve allows for quick and easy emptying of the water tank. The pasta cooker is also equipped with an electromagnetic valve for cold and hot water.

To be placed in the cooking line

Since the pasta cooker comes with a base with storage space, it is suitable for placement on the cooking line. In addition, the stainless steel water tank has rounded corners and the upper part of the pasta tube has been welded without any problems. Since many parts are made of stainless steel, the pasta cooker is easy to clean. Just use a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent.
