A series of very easy-to-use Millennial Smart combi ovens.
The Smart Gastro convection oven category for gastronomy – with a smaller baking chamber equipped with drawers for GN 1/1 containers.
The category of Smart Bakery combi ovens for confectioneries and bakeries - with a larger baking chamber equipped with trays for 600x400 mm trays.
A wide range of convection ovens, 4 sizes for each category, the ability to prepare 72 to 480 meals a day.
All convection ovens are available in electric and gas versions.
Electromechanical control using 3 selectors. Setting the most important parameters is easy and does not require special training. The possibility of preparing meals using dry heat, hot air or a 5-stage steam mode. All in convection mode.
CONTROL PANEL:
Time setting in the range from 10 to 120 minutes or NON STOP operation
Temperature settings in the range from 100 °C to 270 °C for the electric version and in the range from 100 °C to 260 °C for the gas version
5-level adjustment of the steam mode of the chamber
Steam is created using direct water injection with 5-level setting of the steam level
Safety door - limitation of the opening angle at 60°, 90°, 120° and 180° protects the operator from burns when the door is opened uncontrollably
Double glazing of the chamber door and LED lighting for easier control of the processes inside the combi oven
Gravitational cooling of the external glass of the combi oven to increase personnel safety
Convenient maintenance of the inner door glass thanks to easy opening
The door seal in the casing of the combi oven is made of coarse silicone, which is resistant to high temperatures. The seal can be easily replaced, it is not necessary to call a specialized service
The insulated casing of the convection oven not only saves electricity, but also increases the safety of the kitchen staff
Thanks to the drip pan under the door, condensed steam does not drip directly onto the floor. A dry floor under and in front of the combi oven is a guarantee of the safety of the staff.
The chamber of the convection oven is made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel
The molded baking chamber is easy to maintain thanks to the rounded corners

Degree of protection: IPX4 - electric version, IPX3 - gas version.
Thanks to the adjustable legs, the convection oven can be placed in the ideal position. The correct position directly affects the operation of the device.
