You can choose between an open base or a base with a door, which can be easily ordered.

Suitable for placement in the cooking line

This robust pan grills food on a smooth chrome-plated 15mm plate made of hardened stainless steel with a satin finish. The grill plate is set in a waterproof recess. This gas grill is equipped with a pilot light and a safety gas valve with a thermocouple. You can use it on both LPG and natural gas. Thanks to the practical 1.5-liter drip tray and the protective cover against oil splashes, this grill is safe to use. The temperature can be set between 100 and 300 °C using the safety thermostat. If you work with a hob in your kitchen, this grill is perfect for it.

Easy to clean

Cleaning this professional grill is no problem. Thanks to the stainless steel cover and removable drip tray, all parts can be cleaned quickly and thoroughly. Use a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Coarse food residues are best removed with a scraper. To remove stubborn dirt, heat the grill to 70 ºC and wipe the surface with a cloth. Wear gloves for safe handling.
