This espresso machine is an asset to any catering establishment. Not only does it have a range of features, but it is also very reliable. The cover is made of metal with a black finish, giving it a luxurious and elegant look. It has an 18-liter boiler, which means it is capable of brewing up to 540 cups per hour. It is also equipped with a triple group head with a direct pre-brewing chamber. There are four coffee dispensing options for each group: espresso, large coffee, two espressos and two large coffees, so you can choose the right coffee preparation for your customer. The drip filter is made of chrome and the spacious drip tray is made of stainless steel.

Easy operation

Thanks to the convenient touch buttons, this coffee maker is easy to operate. There are swivel stainless steel pipes for water and steam. The coffee maker is equipped with a durable triple piston with a double outlet and a portafilter. Water is supplied to the coffee maker automatically and there is direct injection of water into the coffee from the boiler. In case of low water pressure, the pump automatically switches off and a warning light lights up when the water level is low. In addition, the coffee maker is equipped with an overpressure valve, while the boiler has an anti-vacuum valve. The coffee maker also stands on four rubber height-adjustable feet for greater stability.

Automatic cleaning of the coffee machine

The coffee machine is equipped with an automatic cleaning program. Simply insert the blank filter supplied with the coffee machine into the filter holder. Insert the filter holder into the group you want to clean. Then press buttons 1 and 5 to start cleaning. Press the power button above the group to activate cleaning and press it again when cleaning is complete. Continue this procedure until the water that comes out is clear and shows no signs of detergent. Once cleaning is complete, the machine will automatically return to normal operating mode.
