Description
Professional seasoning cabinets for meat, salami and cheese are designed and manufactured exclusively in Italy using high quality materials and the most modern technologies to achieve perfect dry seasoning.
When designing the equipment, emphasis was placed on recreating the ideal microclimate and natural methods traditionally used for seasoning meat. Based on these assumptions, unique cabinets were developed, with intuitive technology that combines patents in the fields of ventilation, disinfection
and oxygenation of meat, salami and cheese.
KLIMA spice cabinets allow high-quality, biologically safe seasoning processes to be carried out in an easy and accessible way for everyone.
The cabinets are ideal for restaurants, steakhouses, butcher shops, small farms or supermarkets. The possibility of complete control of the dry aging process of meats, which is a key step in determining their organoleptic properties and improving their taste and tenderness.
The devices feature a modern and safe construction made of AISI 304 stainless steel (suitable for contact with food in accordance with EC regulations) and coated with cyclopentane for maximum thermal insulation. KLIMA cabinets use patented technologies that make this product unique. In addition, the System models are equipped with a 7″ intuitive touch screen, which makes working with the device as easy as possible and adapts it to individual needs.
