The Airflowlogic function is a solution that, thanks to the redesigned design of the hood, has improved air circulation by the fan. Humilogic is a new humidification system that supplies water directly from the fan. This ensures a high level of humidity, which reduces water consumption. Drylogic is also an innovative system. A computer-controlled fan controls the air exchange in the chamber and removes excess moisture. The temperature inside the cooked product is measured using a point probe. Preheating heats the oven chamber to 30 degrees, while the Cooldown function cools the chamber so that the next baking process can be started.
