Martellato is rooted in tradition and passion for artisanal perfection, in the intuition of its founder, who since the 1980s has been looking for solutions to the needs of professional confectioners.

From idea to prototype

The collaboration between the R&D department, made up of creatives and designers, and experts from the food sector allows us to design new products that meet the real daily needs of professionals.

From idea to design, from prototype to production, everything is carefully and professionally monitored by the product office in collaboration with the technical office to breathe life into efficient and functional products.

Chocolate
Chocolate is our passion. Martellato manufactures high quality professional moulds for bars, snacks and pralines, as well as a wide range of custom moulds, made from the most suitable materials for perfect results. It also manufactures specific equipment such as chocolate melters, frames and guitars for cremini and ganache, chocolate fountains and food colourings for chocolate processing.

Finger Food
Fill the cups with your creativity. Imagine a different use for each design: events, weddings, business meetings… many formats to enhance taste and aesthetics. Martellato designs and manufactures each individual cup, from concept to production, taking into account all aspects of the project: people, materials and sustainability.
