VC450 – Julienne slicer 2.5mm

This 2.5mm aluminium julienne slicer is suitable for the VC450 vegetable slicer. This slicer allows you to cut vegetables or potatoes into long thin strips. The slicer can be inserted into the vegetable slicer. Once you are finished, the slicing disc can be removed and cleaned with warm soapy water. Make sure to dry the slicing disc thoroughly and use a little vegetable oil on the slicing discs for proper maintenance.
