In addition to our larger models, Maxima also offers this beautiful, compact hand blender. It is suitable for both smaller catering businesses and consumers. You can use this hand blender to puree pasta sauces, whip cream or mince meat and vegetables.
Ergonomic model
Operating a hand blender requires strength, especially when working with hard or thick ingredients. That's why this hand blender is equipped with a sturdy handle and an ergonomic design. The rubberized surface ensures a good grip and prevents the hand blender from slipping out of your hands and falling into your food. There is a digital display on the front of the handle, where you can easily set the desired speed. There is an on/off button on the side of the handle, which allows you to operate the hand blender with one hand.
Different speeds
This hand blender model has a speed of 4000 to 18000 rpm. This allows you to quickly grind food. The hand blender has 8 speeds that you can set using the plus and minus buttons. The digital display clearly shows which speed is selected. You can easily adjust the speed up or down while mixing, crushing or grinding.
Insertion depth of the hand blender
The hand blender has a stainless steel and aluminum shaft with sharp blades. The line on the shaft indicates the insertion depth of 15 cm. It is important not to insert the shaft deeper than this line, otherwise food could get into the motor and cause a short circuit. You can easily screw the shaft onto the handle.
Cleaning the hand blender
It is important to clean your hand blender thoroughly after each use as you do not want any food residue to remain in the blade. When you are finished, let the hand blender foot cool down in a bowl of water. This is because the hand blender foot heats up quickly when in use. Add a mixture of hot water and mild washing-up liquid to the bowl. Then briefly switch on the hand blender to loosen any food particles from the blades. Remove the plug from the socket and unscrew the hand blender. Clean the hand blender itself with a damp cloth. You can then dry the stick and base thoroughly with a dry cloth. Be careful when cleaning and drying the sharp blades. Also make sure that the handle containing the motor does not come into contact with water.
