Description
CHOCOTEMPER is a range of chocolate tempering machines from ICB Tecnologie with 12 kg and 24 kg hoppers. Both machines they can be equipped with a vibrating table and a cover trolley.
• Solid stainless steel construction.
• Two independent motors, one for the auger and one for the agitator, for longer life.
• Removable stainless steel auger as standard for easy cleaning and quick replacement of used chocolate.
• Possibility to control the chocolate flow using a pedal.
• Touch panel with various options:
– Automatic dosing to dispense the correct amount of chocolate.
– Night mode to keep chocolate melted, limiting consumption during periods of non-use.
– Reverse rotation of the auger, useful for cleaning and emptying the nozzle.
