This tray insert is suitable for the 4/6/10 x 1/1 GN table with shelf combination steam oven. This tray insert can be added to the table and has 7 levels for storing 1/1 GN baking trays or oven racks. By adding the tray insert, you can slide the trays into the guide rails and let the food cool down. You can also use it to store empty trays.
