This mini saladette is a refrigerated display case with a cover. Under the sturdy glass lid with hinges, there is space for 8 1/6 GN trays or 4 1/3 GN trays to keep various ingredients cool. This makes the mini table salad cabinet the ideal workplace for preparing sandwiches or salads. The stainless steel work surface at the front of the salad cabinet can be used as a practical cutting board. It has a volume of 67 liters and is supplied with 8 x 1/6 Gastronorm containers as standard.

Digital thermostat

The temperature in this professional salad bowl can be regulated using the DIXELL digital thermostat with temperatures ranging from 0 to 10 ºC. In addition, the saladette is equipped with a cooling system with a fan that blows air so that it is equally cold throughout the refrigerator. An evaporator with foam is built in on three sides. The Saladette also has a unique cooling cycle that reduces ice formation. The refrigerant used in this refrigerator is R600a and does not contain CFCs.

Easy cleaning

This robust saladette is made of stainless steel both inside and out. The insulation material is 35 mm thick. The saladette is used intensively and the ingredients are changed frequently, so good hygiene is essential. Switch off the saladette before cleaning it. Use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to clean the inside and outside. Make sure to use only a small amount of water to prevent condensation and ice formation.
