The cast iron hobs are hermetically sealed and form a single unit at the top. Thanks to the 90 cm depth and flat surface, there is enough space on both hobs to work with large pans. With an output of 2 x 4 kW, the hobs have sufficient capacity for these purposes.You can set the temperature on each hob between 90 and 450 °C in six stages. Both have a safety fuse against overheating.
