The refrigerated display case is not only very practical, but thanks to the four glass windows and built-in LED lighting, it is also ideal for presenting products. Another advantage of the mini refrigerated display case is that it has sturdy legs and includes a lock with two keys.
Adjustable temperature and automatic defrosting
Keeping products cold is essential in the hospitality industry. To keep drinks and food cold as efficiently as possible, simply determine the desired temperature and set it using the digital temperature controller. You can set the temperature between 0°C and 12°C. The mini refrigerated display case also features a unique cooling cycle that limits ice formation. If ice forms in the refrigerated display case, the automatic defrost function ensures that it melts every six hours and is converted back to refrigeration in the refrigerator. The refrigerant used in this refrigerated display case is R600a and is CFC-free.
Easy cleaning for good hygiene
As with all catering appliances, the mini refrigerated display case needs to be cleaned regularly to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met. The plastic cover and coated shelves make the refrigerator easy to keep clean. Clean the inside and outside of the display case with a soft damp cloth. The shelves can be cleaned with soapy water.
