This display case with a curved front window is an asset to any bakery, café, brasserie or other catering establishment. With a capacity of 100 litres and two height-adjustable shelves, you can cool a variety of products. With LED lighting inside and four windows on each side, products are beautifully presented and easily visible. The sliding door at the back makes it easy to add or remove products.
Ideal for sandwiches and pastries
Sandwiches, pastries, cakes and other delicacies are cooled to the optimum temperature thanks to fan cooling, which helps distribute cold air evenly throughout the refrigerator. The temperature can be easily adjusted using the digital temperature controller. You can choose between 0 °C and 12 °C. The display is also equipped with a unique cooling cycle and an automatic defrost function that prevents ice formation. The refrigerant used in the refrigerator is R600a and does not contain CFCs.
Stable and robust pastry display case
The sturdy legs ensure the display case is stable and safe. It is also easy to clean. A soft damp cloth is sufficient to clean the exterior. The shelves and interior can be wiped with soapy water. This professional display case is available in black.
