Adjustable grids

This counter freezer is supplied with four 1/1GN racks and matching guides. The racks have a raised edge that prevents products from falling off at the back or freezing on the back wall. The racks also ensure good cold air circulation and even freezing of products. The rack guide rails are adjustable in height by 5 cm. This allows you to choose the height at which you want to place the racks. You can expand the number of racks by ordering more on our website. You can replace the racks with Gastronorm trays or add several Gastronorm trays. In this case, do not forget to order the guide rails as well.

Energy saving

Despite its size, this counter freezer is energy-efficient. Firstly, the walls are 6 cm thick, which keeps the cold air inside and the freezer freezes perfectly even at an ambient temperature of 32 °C. The display is easy to read and the outside temperature can be set between -18 and -22 °C. The door closes itself with a magnetic seal that prevents cold air from escaping. Heated door rubbers prevent freezing. This counter freezer also has an automatic defrost function that starts every six hours to prevent the walls from freezing. The ventilated cooling system ensures good distribution of cold air.

Portable freezer

Despite its weight, this large counter freezer is easy to move thanks to the six castors located underneath. The front wheels are equipped with a brake, so you can lock the counter freezer and prevent it from moving. The stainless steel worktop provides space for preparing meals, such as delicious desserts, for several people at the same time. Finally, ice is stored behind one of the counter freezer doors. This keeps all the ingredients within easy reach.

Cleaning the counter freezer

Despite the automatic defrost system and self-closing door, it is advisable to clean the counter freezer regularly. This will ensure a longer life for the freezer and keep everything clean. Cleaning is easy; switch off the freezer and unplug it. Clean the interior and all loose grids and GN trays with hot water and a mild detergent. Once everything is clean with a soft cloth, dry everything thoroughly. This will prevent ice from forming again. When the interior is clean, clean the exterior with a damp cloth. Replace the grids and GN trays and switch the counter freezer back on.
