Since making sausages by hand is difficult and time-consuming, this device is a valuable addition to any butcher shop. This professional sausage stuffer is made entirely of stainless steel and has a filling capacity of 7 l. The sausage stuffer is supplied with four stainless steel filling tubes with a diameter of 16, 22, 32 and 38 mm. The pressure plate has a vent hole and is sealed. Using the pressure plate, you manually press the meat into the filling tube using a crank. With this robust sausage stuffer, you can rotate the sausages at two speeds.

Quick manual sausage production

You can use one of four filling tubes to make sausages with this robust sausage stuffer. The filling tubes determine the thickness of the sausages. Simply tilt the magazine towards you and fill it with ingredients. The casing used to make the sausage is pushed onto the filling tube and must be held firmly. Turn the crank and the ingredients are pressed into the filling tube. It is important that the casing is filled as tightly as possible and that no air gets in. When the sausage is ready, turn it a few times and remove it from the filling tube.

Effective and simple cleaning

Cleaning catering equipment is very important for good hygiene in any kitchen, including butchers. As this appliance is used with fresh ingredients, it must be cleaned properly after use. The hopper and filling tube can be easily removed to facilitate this task. As the parts are made of stainless steel, they can be washed in the dishwasher. Use disinfectant and a damp cloth for the pressure plate. After cleaning, the sausage stuffer can be reassembled. In addition, the sausage stuffer is equipped with four rubber feet so that it can be positioned during use without slipping.
