The dishwasher is suitable for use in bakeries, butcher shops and larger catering establishments where large pots and pans are used daily. Thanks to its large capacity, you can clean even the largest pots and pans. Many large catering items often do not fit in a standard-sized dishwasher, but with this pot washer you can wash everything from large pots and GN containers to dishes. This powerful appliance will loosen even the most stubborn food residues thanks to specially designed washing arms and water jets. You can wash up to 30 baskets per hour in this dishwasher, which operates with a noise level of less than 65 dB. Finally, this professional pot washer includes four complete washing programs lasting 120, 240, 360 and 720 seconds.

Including stainless steel wire basket

Getting started with this professional appliance is very easy. Using the control panel, which is protected with an IPX4 degree of protection so that no water can get under the buttons, you just need to switch on the pot washer and the water will be automatically filled and heated. You can set the washing program using the second button. The pots and pans are washed at 60 °C and then rinsed with hot water at 80 °C, so that the dishes are quickly dried again thanks to evaporation. The washing and rinsing temperatures can be adjusted. This pot washer is supplied with a 70 x 70 cm stainless steel wire basket, as well as a supply hose for connecting the dishwasher to the water supply and a drain hose.

Easy cleaning

Thanks to the stainless steel casing, this durable pot washer is easy to clean. Stainless steel is also very durable, so your appliance will not be susceptible to damage or scratches. The wash arms are made of special ABS and can be easily cleaned with a little soap and warm water. Use a descaler and a special cleaning agent to clean the inside. The pot washer is supplied without a rinse and soap pump, but special kits can be ordered via the website. A drain pump is not included as the water drains naturally. Just make sure the drain hose is connected lower than the drain.
