This stainless steel freezer has a total capacity of 600 l for storing frozen products and will fit easily into most professional kitchens. The interior is equipped with energy-saving LED lighting and three adjustable shelves that are suitable for 2/1 GN containers. The glass door with antibacterial rubber seal contains a built-in lock and allows you to view frozen products without having to open the freezer.
Self-closing door
This professional freezer is equipped with an electronic temperature controller and a digital display. This allows easy reading and setting of the temperature. It also offers a wide temperature range for effective freezing of products. The freezer can be defrosted manually. The self-closing door prevents large temperature differences. This freezer uses R290 refrigerant, which does not contain CFCs. It is also equipped with a drip tray where excess water is collected. The freezer is leaning against Four casters for easy mobility, two of which have brakes to secure its position.
Easy cleaning
This freezer is equipped with a stainless steel cover for easy cleaning. To clean the exterior, simply use a damp cloth and a mild detergent. The interior can be cleaned after the freezer has defrosted. To defrost the freezer, remove all items from it and unplug it. To speed up the defrosting process, carefully remove the ice with a plastic ice scraper. After cleaning with warm water and a soft cloth, dry the freezer thoroughly before turning it back on.
