Before you can start cooking, you need to prepare your food first. Cutting fruits and vegetables by hand can be time-consuming. With this professional vegetable slicer, you can quickly and efficiently slice, dice, chop or julienne.

Compact desktop model

Start by washing your vegetables and fruits if necessary. Carefully select the desired slicer and close the cover. Plug the appliance into the socket and press the green button to start the vegetable slicer. Lift the handle and place the vegetables and fruits into the round inlet. Push the handle down and use the food button to guide the vegetables/fruits towards the slicing discs. The handle is equipped with a safety switch, this switch will automatically stop the machine when you move the handle up or down. When you have finished slicing your food, press the red button to turn the appliance off. With the different cutting discs included with this machine, you can cut almost any item exactly the way you need it. This machine includes 5, 3 and 1.5 mm diameter cutting discs and 3 and 5 mm diameter graters. Other slicers such as julienne slicers and french fries grids are also available on our website (please select slicing discs VC750). To prepare cubes, you need to combine the dicing grid with a standard slicing disc of the same size. The same applies to slicing fries with the fries disc.

Easy cleaning

To maintain good hygiene, it is important to thoroughly clean any appliance that comes into contact with food. The robust and easy-to-clean aluminium housing of this appliance with stainless steel sheet can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The loose parts of the appliance can be cleaned in warm soapy water. After washing, do not forget to dry everything thoroughly and apply a little vegetable oil to the cutting discs for proper maintenance.
