Blast chiller/freezer with touch screen controller

Blast chillers/freezers are excellent for streamlining the production process of catering operations, where the produced food can be blast-cooled or frozen, and thus preserved for later distribution. Blast cooling takes place according to a predetermined cooling curve, in order to maximally suppress the occurrence and multiplication of microorganisms during the process. BLCA-X is supplied with a new easy-to-use touch screen controller. Here you can select one of the preset programs, or you can create and save your own programs. BLCA-X is suitable for 1/1 gastronorm containers and euronorm containers (not included in the delivery).
