Enjoy working with infrared

Working with infrared heating is always pleasant, as it ensures direct heat transfer from the hob to the pan. You never have to wait long for the pan to heat up. The heating element of this infrared hob consists of circular zones with a diameter of 21-30 cm and, thanks to the aforementioned depth of 90 cm, it can handle many larger pans. The glass ceramic cooking surface is 6 mm thick and can withstand even heavy pans. The glass plate is set into a sealed monoblock of the top plate, so you don't have to worry about spills or leaks.

To cook at a precise temperature, you can use the thermostat to set the temperature between 50 and 300 °C. Both zones can be set separately. The hob is also equipped with a thermostat with a safety switch to prevent overheating, as well as a warning light that lights up while the hob is still hot.

Easy cleaning

The top plate is seamlessly welded and the cover is made entirely of stainless steel. Together with the smooth surface of the glass plate, cleaning the cooker is a breeze. All you need is a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. After washing and drying all surfaces again, the induction cooker is ready for further use.
