Easy to use
With its high-quality glass plate and stainless steel housing, this is a professional pressure cooker in the kitchen. The temperature is continuously adjustable from 60 °C to 105 °C using a rotary knob and the plate has overheating protection. The ON/OFF button is located on the back of the appliance and a light indicator shows when the plate is heating up.
The flat glass plate is of course very easy to clean. It is best to clean it with a soft cloth (microfiber) and water with a mild detergent, such as dishwashing liquid. Of course, wait until the appliance has cooled down first.
