This professional heated catering display case allows you to keep a variety of baked goods, snacks, grilled dishes and snacks at the right temperature on two shelves. The 50-litre heated food display case takes up little space thanks to its width of 55.4 cm. The square glass design is attractive and presents products in a professional way. There is a hinged door at the back of the display case, which makes it easier for the operator to serve or refill. The interior is equipped with two chrome shelves that are not height-adjustable

Adjustable temperature

To keep your food at the right temperature, you can effortlessly set the temperature between 30 and 90 ºC using the analogue knob. A light indicator shows when the display is at the selected temperature. To keep your food evenly warm, this heated display is equipped with a powerful heating element for efficient heat distribution. There is also a humidification tank to prevent products from drying out too quickly.

Quick and easy cleaning

It goes without saying that the display case needs to be cleaned regularly. This is especially true if it is placed in a visible place in your catering establishment. To clean the inside of the display case, use a damp cloth and a mild detergent. You can also clean the outside in the same way. Do not use too much water when cleaning to avoid condensation. The shelves are not removable, but can be cleaned with soapy water and a sponge. This compact heated food display case can easily be placed on a countertop or table.
