Do you prepare a lot of food that needs to be kept warm for a long time? Then use this professional heated food display with a width of 121.5 cm. The heated food display has a volume of 186 liters and is equipped with three height-adjustable chrome shelves. Glass panes cover all sides of the display case and practical LED lighting on the inside ensures an attractive presentation of the food. The heated food display case is also equipped with a card holder for advertising your products. The front and back of the display case have sliding doors. This allows customers to remove baked goods, grilled dishes or snacks from the display case themselves. This allows the staff to easily replenish the display case.

Good heat distribution

The construction of this heated food display cabinet is made of epoxy stainless steel, which makes it very robust. This also ensures a long service life. Inside the cabinet is a powerful heating element that ensures efficient heat distribution. There is also a humidification tank that prevents food from drying out. The temperature on the glass display can be continuously adjusted between 30 and 90 ºC using the analogue knob. Indicator lights on the appliance show when the correct temperature has been reached. Easy-to-clean materials

Stainless steel and glass are materials that are very easy to clean. Since you are displaying your products in the store, it is important that the display case remains clean. Use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to thoroughly clean the inside. You can also clean the outside in the same way. However, we recommend not using too much water, otherwise condensation will form and your dishes will no longer be visible properly in the display case. To clean the shelves, remove them from the heated display case and clean them with soap and a sponge.
