This luxury heated food display cabinet has a capacity of 160 litres and is suitable for professional use in hotels, restaurants, cafes and other catering establishments. The heated food display cabinet is also equipped with lighting at the front, so you can present pastries, snacks and appetizers attractively to customers. There are sliding doors at the back for easy serving of products. The heated food display rack has three adjustable and removable chrome shelves.

Analog temperature setting

The stainless steel construction has a chrome finish and is durable. The display case has glass panes on all four sides. The powerful heating element ensures efficient heat distribution, so that the products are heated evenly. There is also a special humidification tank. You can set any temperature between 30 and 90 ºC using the analog knob. The temperature is displayed on the front of the heated food display. Thanks to the light indicator, you know exactly when the heated food display is at the right temperature

Easy cleaning

Because you are working with fresh produce in this professional heated food display, it is important to clean it regularly. Turn off the display before cleaning. The interior and exterior are easy to clean with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Remember to use as little water as possible to avoid condensation. After cleaning, wipe all glass thoroughly. The shelves are removable and can be cleaned with soapy water and a sponge.
