Practical safety thermostat

The heating element of this infrared hob consists of circular zones with a diameter of 21-30 cm. The glass ceramic cooking surface is 6 mm thick and is integrated into the monoblock hob. To cook at the right temperature, you can set the temperature between 50 and 300 ºC using the safety thermostat. All burners can be adjusted individually. The hob is also equipped with a thermostat with a safety switch to prevent overheating.
