The KD9 model is the only manual fryer with smoke and vapor extraction that can operate with the door open and allow control of cooking or mixing of the product.

It has a capacity of 9 liters of oil, with high-precision electronic temperature control system and immediate reading on the display.

It is also equipped with a timer with an acoustic warning when the cooking time has elapsed.

MULTIFRY was designed to prepare CIAO CHIPS chips in 2 minutes from fresh product, but you can prepare any product, whether fresh or frozen:
potatoes, croquettes, fish, onion rings, appetizers, finger food, donuts, panzerotti, mozzarella in carrozza, fried gnocchi, etc.

 

EASE OF USE

The KD9 fryer is also ideal for kiosks, trade shows, festivals and beach resorts.
The front door serves as a support surface for the baskets and can be closed even during cooking.
