Here, the protected heating element is suspended in the oil 2 cm above the bottom. The oil under the heating element remains much cooler, so any crumbs that fall to the bottom burn more slowly, meaning the oil stays better for longer. The oil needs to be changed less often, resulting in healthier frying.

Smooth surface for easy cleaning

Stainless steel was chosen for the interior and exterior of this fryer because it makes cleaning easier. Thanks to the smooth surface, you can quickly and easily clean the fryer with a damp cloth. The interior is also easy to keep clean, as all parts are removable. You can soak oil and fat residues in warm soapy water or clean the accessories with a brush, warm water and a little soap.
