PIZZACHEF is a compact professional pizza oven, ideal for bars, pubs, pizzerias, fast food establishments, kiosks, beach clubs, etc.
It will perfectly cook any type of fresh or frozen pizza, and not just pizza!
PizzaChef FP1 is oven without hood. Its built-in fume extraction system allows it to be used in any room, even without an extractor hood. Our tabletop pizza oven, extremely small and automatic, it is suitable even for small spaces and does not require the assistance of any operator during use.

- PizzaChef The FP1 is equipped with two independent cooking chambers, so you can use one as well. The total capacity is four pizzas or two 60x40 trays.
- The doors of each cooking chamber have three low-emissivity (low-e) glasses that allow for minimal heat dissipation, guaranteeing energy savings and greater safety for the operator because there is no external combustion.
- The oven reaches an actual temperature of 400°C. The cooking chamber is heated both at the top and at the base of the refractory stone. The temperature remains uniform both at the top and bottom, thanks to the electronic distribution of the heating elements.
- Electronic display located on the front ventless pizza ovens Eurochef allows you to set the temperature and cooking time of products placed in individual chambers.
Uniqueness of the system PizzaChef lies in the ability to automatically adjust the temperature of the base and top of the cooking chamber, without the need for knobs to manually adjust the different heating elements. This ensures perfect heat distribution inside the oven to guarantee a pizza that is always perfect, crispy on the bottom and well-cooked on top.

The furnace reaches an effective temperature of up to 395°C, the interior is heated both at the top and in the fire base, and the temperature is kept stable at the top and bottom by a graduated electronic control of the heating elements; As the upper element heats up, the power of the lower one decreases.
This system ensures perfect heat distribution in the oven, for a perfect pizza, crispy on the bottom and well-cooked on top.
These are automatic ovens that do not require operator assistance when cooking the product!
