With drip tray and splash guard

This robust grill plate can withstand heavy use and is equipped with a smooth, double chrome-plated 15mm stainless steel grill plate with a satin finish. The grill plate is set in a water-tight recess and the seamless welded top ensures no residue is left after cleaning. It also features a 1.5-litre drip tray and an oil splash guard. Use the safety thermostat to set the temperature between 50 and 300ºC. The grill also fits perfectly into the cooking line.

Made of stainless steel

This professional grill is made of durable components. The stainless steel casing makes cleaning a breeze. Clean this durable construction thoroughly with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Coarse residue can be removed with a scraper. Burnt-on bits can be easily removed by heating the grill to 70°C and wiping it down. We recommend using gloves.
