Description

Ideal for deep-frying donuts and other baked goods.
Made entirely of stainless steel, it comes with two frying grids (354x383mm) with a non-heating handle, a heater and a lid that can be used as a drip tray.
Easy to operate and clean, suitable for intensive use.
Equipped with a large welded oil tank (400x400x(H)160 mm) with a maximum capacity of 12 liters.
The tank is equipped with a drain cock, a min/max oil level indicator and a "cold zone" to extend the life of the oil.
Removable heating element with shutdown function after its removal and protection against overheating.
The temperature can be set from 50 to 190 °C.
The indicator light shows whether the heating element is in operation.
Rubber non-slip feet.
