Cutting straight and thin slices is difficult if you have to cut them by hand. With this professional electric meat slicer, you can cut not only perfectly even slices of meat, but also other items. The knife that comes standard with the device is designed for slicing meat only. However, if you want to cut other items as well, we offer additional accessories such as a Teflon-coated blade for slicing cheese and a serrated blade for slicing bread. Slicing with this versatile kitchen appliance is smooth and quiet. The hardened stainless steel blade has a diameter of 22 cm and you can adjust the cutting thickness from 1 to 12 mm per slice. This ensures that slices of salami, ham, salami or other types of meat are always cut to the same thickness.

Safe cutting of meat

This robust meat slicer allows for very fast slicing, but is also very safe. The design keeps your hands out of reach of the blade. The motor also has a built-in safety feature. The angled blade cuts smoothly and quickly. The slicer is also equipped with a blade sharpening attachment. Regular sharpening of the blade also increases safety when cutting. By turning the attachment, the blade passes through the grinding stones. After sharpening, clean the slicer well so that fine particles from the grinding stones do not get into the food.

Easy operation

The on/off switch is located on the side of this meat slicer. You can operate the handle with one hand so that you can hold the meat with the other. For good hygiene, always wear gloves when cutting. The meat slicer should be cleaned and disinfected after each use. Remove the cutting board and wash it and the knife in soapy water with a mild detergent. Clean the cover with a damp sponge and detergent. Then rinse everything with water and let it dry before using it again. The four rubber feet ensure that the slicer remains firmly in place during use.
