Description

The purpose of the table also affects the material from which the top is made. Stainless steel is ideal for working with raw meat, vegetables and fruits. The main advantage of stainless steel countertops is that they are easy to clean. Dirt does not penetrate the surface, it is easy to clean and decontaminate.

It has a static cooling system with one or two (depending on the model) built-in support fans. Their task is to distribute the cooled air throughout the chamber so that each part of it has the same temperature. Thanks to this, the stored food is hygienically and epidemiologically safe and HACCP conditions are met.
