Principle of operation

The Heiztechnik Maxpell ZB GL solid fuel boiler consists of two main parts separated by a water partition.

In the lower part there is a combustion chamber with an installed burner, and in the upper part there is a combustible part, which contains a water column, an inner water jacket and a channel that leads to the chimney.

In the upper part there is a door intended for cleaning the device, and in the lower front part there is a door necessary for removing the resulting ash.

The screw feeder supplies the fuel and the ignition process takes place in the chamber with the burner installed.

Then the fuel enters the furnace using a special auger, which is activated by means of a motor reducer.

Combustion takes place thanks to a fan standing in the back of the combustion chamber, air is supplied to the heated particles causing combustion.

Combustion gases are sent to the back of the Heiztechnik Maxpell ZB GL boiler and then led through the water column to the fireplace via the chimney.
