The KL3 and KL4 fryer models are the latest technically developed version of the historic Pom'Chef. They are equipped with a catch system that captures fumes and vapors and turns them into water, therefore no need to place under the hood

These two models are different from each other basket capacity:

The KL4 is the smallest model and prepares up to 300 g of fries or 500 g of various products, while the KL3 model prepares double, i.e. up to 600 g of fries or 1 kg of various products at once.

With the Eurochef KL3 and KL4 fryer models, you can quickly prepare an incredible range of tasty snacks: fries, potato croquettes, mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets, onion rings, chicken wings, chops, fish…… without worrying about mixing scents and flavors!

USER-FRIENDLY FRYER

Use automatic professional fryers Eurochef is very simple, even in places without a kitchen or specialized staff: just place the product in the loading hole and select the frying time. The fryer automatically immerses the baskets in the oil and, after the set time, removes them and dumps the contents of the basket into the discharge hole.
