All-stainless construction made of quality food-grade steel AISI 304 – EN 1.4301, base in several variants equipped with all adjustable feet, safety thermostat at 230°C, bar for vertical storage of the lid, high power consumption, Hi-Hygiene Solution design.

Hi-Hygiene Solution The heating elements are rotatable, for easy access to the entire volume of the container during cleaning. A sufficient cold zone under the heating elements prevents residues in the oil from burning, extends the life of the oil and prevents the formation of cancer-causing substances. The container has radius corners R16 according to ISO standard H2, which facilitate maintenance and cleaning. This means that the cooking vessel has no visible joints and welds where dirt could accumulate.
