The Fast-A-Block electric frying pan with motorized folding is used in professional large-capacity kitchens for thermal processing of food (preparation of meat, juices, sauces, cooking pasta, rice and dumplings, stewing vegetables, deep-frying, etc.). The pan is all stainless steel, consists of an upper hinged part and a base equipped with four adjustable feet. The Fast-A-Block system enables faster heating, energy savings and significantly more even heat distribution
