Electric serving table with shelf, suitable for serving prepared food in GN containers. Control on the short side. Two containers. Variant with heating foil, which is heated by energy-efficient, foil heating elements with optimal heat conduction. Reduction of the heating time of 3.5 l of water to 90 °C to max. 30 min. Energy saving 30-40 % depending on the method of use. Lower shelf at a height of 150 mm. Continuously adjustable operating temperature 30 - 95 °C. Each of the trays can be used to insert a GN 1/1-200 container. Tray with sloping bottom.
