ALBA EC-2/900 Electric stove - 2 hotplates Variant: DS - with door and shelf

Stoves are made of stainless steel
steel 18/10. They consist of an upper cooking part and a base. The flexible modular system allows individual assembly of the cooking unit and the base, or the cooking unit can be used as a separate cooking unit. The cooker part consists of a frame with cast iron plates. The heating elements have temperature regulation using a four-position switch with an on status indicator and protection against overheating. The stands are produced in several variants and are equipped with four adjustable feet.

Large device width of 450 mm – sufficient cooking space. 4 kW per hotplate – high power for more efficient operation, quick boiling. Thermostatic protection against overheating – longer service life and lower service costs. All-stainless construction made of quality food-grade steel AISI 304 – EN 1.4301. Regulation of heating elements with a four-position switch. On status signal. Stands in several variants, always equipped with all adjustable feet. With rear raised ventilation grill - easily removable for cleaning.
