Grill plates are made of stainless steel 18/10. They consist of an upper working part and a base. The upper part consists of a frame with its own 12 mm grill plate. Large modules have a grill. one-third slotted plate, half models have a grill. the board is all smooth. In the front part of the frame there is a groove with a hole for draining grease into the drip tray, which is retractable and is located in the middle of the front cover.

All-stainless construction made of quality food-grade steel AISI 304 – EN 1.4301. Plate material: stainless steel with titanium admixture AISI 321 – EN 1.4541 with increased resistance. Large-volume drip tray - 2.6 l. Grill plate thickness - 12 mm. One adjustable heating zone. A groove with a hole for draining grease into a pull-out drip tray in the middle of the front cover. Stands in several variants, always equipped with all adjustable feet.
