Cooling system with ventilation

This counter freezer is very energy efficient thanks to its ventilated cooling system and anti-defrost cycle. The ventilated cooling system ensures an even distribution of cold air in the freezer. The grilles also allow cold air to circulate in the freezer. The counter freezer also has an automatic defrost function. This means that the counter freezer defrosts every six hours. The water obtained will be drained into a drip tray and prevent the walls from freezing. The 6 cm thick protective insulation ensures that the cold air remains in the counter freezer.

Smart features

The fixed doors are equipped with heated door seals to prevent them from freezing. The doors also close themselves; they are equipped with a magnetic door seal to ensure that cold air does not escape. The digital controller displays the temperature of the counter freezer and you can set the desired temperature using the arrow buttons. You can set the temperature precisely between -18 and -22 ºC. The counter freezer has four castors, so you can easily move the heavy counter freezer. The front castors are equipped with brakes to prevent the counter freezer from moving while you are working with it.

Cleaning the counter freezer

Although the freezer has an automatic defrost function, it is a good idea to clean the counter freezer regularly. This will ensure that the counter freezer has a longer life and that the appliance freezes perfectly. Disconnect the counter freezer from the power supply and remove all the grids and GN trays. Use hot water and a mild detergent with a soft damp cloth to clean the inside of the counter freezer. Clean all loose parts in the same way. Dry the counter freezer and loose parts thoroughly with a soft cloth to prevent ice from forming. Install the accessories and start the counter freezer again. You can clean the outside with a soft damp cloth. The smooth surface minimises the spread of dirt and bacteria and there are no crevices where dirt can accumulate.
